We can
provide "full service" ethnography, where we
follow our normal process of installing our
advanced cameras, passively observing consumer
behavior, coding that behavior into quantitative
data, and reporting this quantitative data plus
the accompanying qualitative visual insights.

This "base" QuantiView
approach can be augmented by follow-up research
such as phone interviews, online chat or
bulletin board focus groups, traditional focus
groups, diary studies, etc. We are
by no means rejecting traditional methodologies.
Rather, we are simply adding something new to
the mix.

Similarly, we are also
comfortable with working with other
ethnographers, adding our 24/7 "reconnaissance"
to enrich their in-person interviews. This
combination can be very effective.
